Return of Goods
When purchasing at www.emberlyjewelry.com, every buyer is entitled to a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receiving the item.
1. Returning items in good condition
1.1. To return an item, you must first contact us by email at info@emberlyjewelry.com. Please note: goods sent back without prior notice will not be accepted.
1.2. Please explain the reason for the return and attach proof of purchase.
1.3. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
2. Warranty and defective goods
2.1. Each item is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects and other issues unrelated to normal use or environmental influences. The warranty period for each product is indicated in its description.
2.2. If a product’s warranty is shorter than 2 years, customers are still entitled to a 2-year warranty from the date of receiving the goods.
2.3. To return a defective item, please follow the same steps listed above (except point 1.3 does not apply).
2.4. The store will provide a written response to the customer’s request within 10 business days.
3. Refunds and replacements
3.1. If the returned item does not have a factory defect and the customer withdraws from the purchase, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the goods, including the shipping cost charged at the time of purchase.
3.2. If the item has a factory or transportation defect, the online store undertakes to replace it or issue a full refund. In such cases, all shipping costs are covered by the store.
3.3. If the delivered goods do not meet certain requirements of the order, the customer must first notify the store in writing. The store will then take all necessary actions to correct the deficiencies within a reasonable, mutually agreed timeframe. If the deficiencies are not corrected, the customer has the right to seek a refund or replacement.
3.4. In case of a defect, the customer must submit their claim within 2 months of detecting the defect, but no later than 2 years from the date of receipt of the product.
4. Exceptions
4.1. Customers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract when goods are made to order or customized according to the customer’s request.
4.2. Please note:

When a customer places a special order for jewelry that is not currently available in our store, such items are considered “made-to-order.”

These goods cannot be returned or modified unless they are defective, damaged during transportation, or otherwise do not meet the terms of the sales contract.

Before placing such an order, the customer is informed of these terms and, by submitting the order, agrees to them.

This rule applies both to individually manufactured items (e.g., engraved, personalized, or custom-designed jewelry) and to products ordered from suppliers specifically at the customer’s request.
